Saturdays: 8AM at North Park West View Shelter (see map above)
Some days we run fast or we run far. On the days in-between, we run easy and recover.
Each day starts with warm-up drills and ends with static stretching.
Take care of yourself, and you'll be rewarded for it.
As distance runners, we earn what we keep in this sport, so own your experience.
Each summer practice day, we'll ask for your run info/data to make sure you're doing what's best for you.
